Tuition and Payment

Number of classes are applied per family NOT per student. Check out our family discounts and capping policies below!
Our classes run from September to June and are not available for "drop ins." Accounts will be charged monthly.
One student and/or multiple students family rates PER month (based on four weeks):
$11.00/ hour + hst
$10.00/ hour per class + hst
$9.00/ hour per class + hst
4 or 5 classes
$8.00/ hour per class + hst
4 classes- $144.64 monthly
5 classes- $180.80 monthly
$7.00/ hour + hst
FAMILY DISCOUNTS: Once one student reaches 6+ hours, the second student will be charged half price, and the third student is FREE!
FAMILY CAP: All family tuitions are capped at $350.00 + hst (Unlimited classes per family)
CAPPING: Once one student reaches 10+ hours on their own, they are capped at $280 + hst ($316.40) ($7.00/ hour per class + hst) with unlimited classes!
REGISTRATION FEE: $20.00 Registration Fee is charged at the beginning of the season
CLASS PAYMENTS: All class payments are paid monthly. They are due within the 1st-15th day of every month. Payments can be made by cash, personal cheques (post-dated acceptable), Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa), or E-Transfer. Credit card payment is available in the office or through your current Parent Portal Account.
OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS: There will be a 2% late payment charge made to all outstanding accounts on the last day of each month.
RETURNED CHEQUES: There will be a $15.00 charge for all returned cheques.
CREDIT CARDS: We ask that you fill out a new credit card information form each year. There is a 2.9% charge for each transaction on credit cards.
RECITAL FEE: Recital Fee is $20.00 + hst per family. This helps pay for the expense of the venue for our show.
VIDEO FEE: $20.00 + hst per family. Dancebug is an online service that will record both of our recital shows to become available online to all of our students.
RECITAL TICKETS: Tickets are $25.00 each.
COMPETITION FEES: All competition fees are due November 1st and are non-refundable. Entry group fees average $200 per class entered for the total of 4 competitions ($50.00/ per entry/ per competition). All outstanding competition fees will be charged with 2% interest on the last day of every month.
COSTUME DEPOSITS: A $90 per costume deposit will be due December 1st and is non-refundable. Costume prices at our studio range from $80.00-$100.00. Final costs will be adjusted on your year-end bill with credit being addressed if the balance is below the deposit amount.
