Danceworks “try - it” summer camps!

July camp MONDAY JULY 18TH - FRIDAY JULY 22ND

August camp MONDAY AUG 15TH - FRIDAY AUG 19TH

We are offering two “TRY IT” week long summer camps! They will run from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. It is a chance for students to try all dance subjects - tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, acro, cheerleading street hip hop, irish dance, and drama!

Each subject will rotate throughout the day, and they will also have a chance to make props and costumes! All Danceworks teachers will be involved in making this experience a lot of fun!

There will be three age categories to register under: minis : 4 - 6 yr olds (mornings only option = half price) Juniors : 7 - 10 yr olds Intermediates: 11- 15 yr olds All age categories are estimated and subject to change due to experience.

Price: $125.00 for the week. If attending both camps, the second camp is half price!

Lunch Package: $25.00 Catered by Zappi's! A different hot lunch and cold drink will be provided each day for your child.

Registration: There will be a $20.00 registration fee.

Discount: Any Danceworks dancer, Danceworks family member , or Danceworks friend who registers for our summer camps by the banquet, will not have to pay the registration fee!

Dress Rehearsal

Dates	Mon June 6th (act one) Tues June 7th (act two)
Location	Kingston College, Niagara Falls
Cost	A $15.00 per student "Rehearsal Fee" will be charged, due to the expenses needed to put on our production.

It is mandatory that everyone be at this rehearsal!!! Times of practice will be posted. You may come for your class practice only, or stay for the whole day and watch! Venise Bickell will again be taking pictures at dress rehearsal, after each class has finished on stage. These photos can be ordered at reasonable costs.

Recital

Dates	Saturday, June 11th, Noon and 6pm. Sunday, June 12th, 2:00 pm.

Our dance recital is ALWAYS the SECOND WEEKEND IN JUNE! There are 3 shows! ALL students will perform in ALL THREE SHOWS! Saturday matinee @ 12:00 noon and Saturday night @ 6:00pm. Sunday matinee @ 2pm

Dance Banquet

Date	Sunday, June 26th, 2:00pm
Location	Quality Inn Hotel, Ontario St., St. Catharines.
Cost	Tickets are $20.00/adult, $10.00/12 + under, 4+under /Free.

An "all-you-can-eat" buffet will be served with the infamous "build your own sundae bar"! Each student attending the Awards banquet will be given a certificate and a gift, which will reflect that year's recital theme. Dancers with perfect attendance and perfect splits will be honoured with medals. A junior and senior essay contest will be awarded with a free class for a year!! Teachers will also pick "most improved", "danceworker" and "dancer of the year" awards. All the night's festivities are followed up with a dance hosted by a"D.J. "! Don't miss this special night!!! ONLY THOSE ATTENDING THE BANQUET WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARDS. I hope this answers a few of your questions, and helps to keep you organized!
